Can you process fuel at the pump and fleet cards?

It depends on your setup. We check your pump controller, POS, fleet network, and processor compatibility first, then pick the equipment.

Does the published rate cover fuel sales?

No. The published rate is for card-present counter sales. Fuel, fleet, pump, and POS charges require a compatibility review.

Can I keep my current POS?

It depends on the system. Many POS platforms work with our terminals, and others are tied to a specific processor. We tell you upfront whether yours is compatible before anything changes.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No. Processing is month-to-month, with no early termination or cancellation fee. Equipment is quoted separately, and we confirm its terms before you agree.

Opening a c-store or switching processors?

Tell us what runs through the counter and whether you sell fuel. Card-present processing starts at 2.19% + 9¢, and higher-volume businesses can qualify for a lower rate. Talking it through doesn’t commit you to anything. We prepare the application with you, and you review and sign it.
