How are tips handled?

We configure tip prompts and adjustment behavior around the terminal or POS you select. The exact workflow is confirmed during setup so staff can close checks consistently.

When will restaurant deposits arrive?

Funding timing depends on account approval, settlement cutoff, and how the batch closes. We confirm the eligible schedule and configure settlement before the system goes live.

Can restaurant equipment be rented?

Yes. Terminals can be rented or bought. A full POS is quoted to your floor plan and software needs.

Is there a long-term processing contract or cancellation fee?

There’s no long-term processing contract. Equipment, optional software, and any applicable third-party terms are shown separately before you sign.

Opening a restaurant or switching processors?

Tell us whether you serve at a counter or at tables, and what POS you run. Card-present processing starts at 2.19% + 9¢, and higher-volume businesses can qualify for a lower rate. We fill out the application with you, and you aren’t committed until you review and sign it.
